Slide 1 carries the line, every slide carries the lockup, nothing else. Each set also has a 9:16 UGC card (caption chip, the hero frame, the URL) as the still we animate next. Notes and open items

What is baked in, and what needs a call from you.

  1. Round 7: a new, lighter grade: warmth toward gold instead of red, reds and skin protected from boosting, highlights rolled off so whites don't blow. Anything you approved keeps the grade you approved.
  2. Round 6: every photo is color-graded so the two photographers match, and black-and-white photos are blocked by the build. The end-card art moved up 100px. UGC cards are full bleed with a big all-caps caption and emoji at the top, kept clear of faces and of the Reels top and bottom UI.
  3. Round 5, carousel length: a 655,385-carousel study (Eden, Aug 2025 to Aug 2026) found 5 to 7 slides perform exactly at an account's normal level, 10 slides break out 28.8% of the time, and 14 to 20 slides about 32%. Instagram also re-shows a carousel starting on slide 2 to anyone who didn't swipe, so slide 2 must be a top shot. ATTACK is now 10 slides. The same move for the other sets is merging each original with its V2.
  4. Round 4: every carousel is six photos max plus a seventh end card (logo, thin teal rule, CMPSPORTSWEAR.COM, ORDER YOUR TEAMWEAR TODAY!). The URL now sits bottom-right on every slide, on the logo's baseline. BUILT dropped the second Carnage and second Valiant frames; ATTACK dropped three Thunder-round frames; DETAILS dropped Valiant Prep.
  5. Round 3, your notes: BUILT. DIFFERENT. keeps your two and gets six new frames · SIDELINE SWAG. keeps 1 and 6 and gets four new teams, including your Minion Legends bench shot · every other set now has a V2 directly under the original, and the originals are unchanged.
  6. Crops keep the full photo height so no head or hair touches the top. The only top-edge cuts are raised hands the photographer framed that way.
  7. The video phase animates the card heroes: 9:16, 4 to 6 seconds, the headline and lockup held as a locked overlay, photo motion underneath. Say which sets and I'll start with those.
