The 9/28 marks were placed by hand and missed the spec. In v2 every mark is placed by a pose-aware pipeline that reads the body and garment in each still and puts the mark where the real product has it. No hand-picked coordinates. If less than 25% of the mark would show at the spec spot, it is left off (your rule).

 

The spec

  1. Singlet: crown-C, wearer's right chest, at neckline height, pushed toward the armhole.
  2. Fight and performance shorts: Block C tile, wearer's right leg, front-outer, near the hem.
  3. Long sleeves (1/4 zip, crewneck, hoodie, LS tee): Block C, wearer's right upper arm, about 20% down from the shoulder.
  4. Performance short sleeve: Block C, low on the outer-rear of the right sleeve. Tees: Block C, low on the right sleeve.
  5. Dri-fit shorts, joggers, pants: no Compound mark.

Sides are the wearer's side. The pipeline leaves a mark off when less than 25% of it would be visible from the camera at its real spot (Cliff's rule).
