One 8.5″ × 11″ page each, built to print on a single sheet and to forward
as an email attachment. Full-bleed camp photography at a true 300 dpi, the three decision
facts — city, dates, price — in one bar under the headline, and a QR code straight to that
camp's registration form, verified to scan at both print and email size.
The four camps
Each camp gets a different frame, so a coach who sees two flyers does not see the
same sheet twice.
Austin, Texas
3F Wrestling & Westlake HS
October 3–4, 2026 · $150 · Scrambling & Leg Attack Defense
Cut from the same v1 Field flyer: same brand DNA, hero photography and gold/black
system, trimmed to the five things that sell a camp on a phone — system, date, venue, price,
urgency. WHEN/WHERE/COST are set big against a solid dark card (not the bare photo) so they stay
legible no matter which photo runs behind them. Register bar: SPACE IS
LIMITED in white on a black chip, CMPCAMPS.COM in black on the
gold. The Story units clear Meta/TikTok/YouTube's 2026 chrome zones; toggle below to check it.
All 3 = safe on every platform at once (270 top · 672 bottom · 65 left · 120 right on a 1080×1920). Red = area that platform's UI covers.

Inverted turn, CMP CAMPS back hit
Westlake HS · Oct 3–4 · 9A–2P both days · $150/athlete
Seven seconds each, silent, built for Reels / Stories / TikTok. A build,
not a slideshow — every element eases in and stays, so the last frame is the whole poster:
system, city, venue, dates, price and CMPCAMPS.COM together. Nothing fades out, there's no cut
to black, and the photo never empties — the second shot crossfades over the first and both keep
drifting so it never freezes. All type sits inside the 250 top / 340 bottom /
120 right safe zones; proof stills are on Drive beside the files.

Latest round of changes
The price is a plate in the fact bar, not a circle on the photo. City, dates and price
now read as one band: AUSTIN, TEXAS | OCTOBER 3–4, 2026 | $150 PER ATHLETE.
The information at the bottom is bigger. Spec values up from 11.8 to 13.4 px, the
bullets to 13.6 px, and the register URL to 16 px with the contact line under it at
12.6 px. The hero gave up 50 px to pay for it — still one page.
Times no longer break mid-clock. The WHEN cell splits on its own separators, so
“lunch 11:00–12:00” stays on one line.
One black gradient across the whole photo. The top nav row and the eyebrow/headline
block used to have separate gradients sized to their own boxes, so the eyebrow line — right at
the top of the lower box — sat almost bare on the photo. Now it's one gradient pinned to the
hero's fixed height, dark where the text is at both top and bottom, lighter through the middle.
The whole PDF is now one clickable link to the registration form — Austin, North
Hunterdon and Journeymen. Not just the QR corner; the entire printed sheet is a live hyperlink
in any PDF viewer. FishEye WC stays QR-only until it has a real registration form.
Austin's registration form moved to a new Wufoo slug (3f-wrestling, was 3f-fitness) —
updated in the QR, the new page-link, and on the site.
Fixed the price plate. The superscript $ was miscalculated and floated a full
line above the digits — it now sits tucked in beside them, and the tiered price (FishEye WC)
is two clean centered columns instead of two cramped stacked rows.
Shorter header photo, bigger information. The hero band came down 200 px and
the space went into the copy — summary 14 → 16.5 px, bullets
13.6 → 15.6 px, spec values 13.4 → 16 px. The heroes were recut
from the 4000 px originals at the new 2.36:1 aspect; cropping the old exports to that
band landed on the mat.
Suffield, CT added — and with it, tiered pricing. A camp can now price by tier
(members / non-members) and the fact bar shows both rather than dropping one.
All four camps are live on cmptrained.com/camps with working Register and Flyer links.
The flyer PDFs are hosted on the site now, so nothing points at the retired WordPress uploads.
One headline instead of two. The oversized system nickname is gone — the full name
runs white across three quarters of the page. It sizes itself to fill that measure in two
lines, so a longer system name like “Granby System & Leg Ride Defense” lands at
the same visual weight without hand-tuning.
Open items
Journeymen still needs a registration link. Venue is confirmed —
Journeymen Club, 100 Saratoga Village Blvd Suite 22, Malta NY — but the QR still points at
journeymenwrestling.com.
Suffield has no registration link. The Fisheye flyer carries no
registration URL, so its QR points at cmptrained.com/camps for now.
Fixed: all 16 dead WordPress flyer URLs are gone from the camp data and the four
current PDFs are served from cmptrained.com/flyers/.
Worth a sanity check: Journeymen runs Sat Oct 17 morning and afternoon, and Suffield
starts 6:00 PM the same Saturday. Doable if the drive works, but they are back to back.
The two directions not taken
Kept here for reference — both still build from the same data file if you ever want
a light, email-first version.
