Gym fliers — Youth and Middle / High School

A redesign of the two-sheet recruiting flier set. Same information as the old Illustrator files, rebuilt as one system: 8.5″ × 11″, true 300 dpi, the practice times sized to be read off a wall, the club's toll-free number in the footer, and a QR code straight to the sign-up section of cmptrained.com. Every time and price on these sheets was pulled from the live training calendar behind cmptrained.com, not retyped from the old art.

The two sheets

They print as a pair — a school or a rec league can post both, or hand out only the one that fits the age group.

K – 6th grade · $50/mo

Youth Wrestling

Youth Fundamentals, Monday & Thursday, 5:30 – 6:30 PM. Carries a three-step "how to start" block for parents who have never been in a wrestling room, and points the ones who are ready at Advanced Youth.

Mon · Wed · Thu 6:30 – 8:00 PM and Sunday 4:00 – 6:00 PM, with the November 1 time change called out in a gold band that cannot be missed from across a hallway.

Wrestling IQ sign-up sheet

Added 2026-10-07. A redesign of CREATE_ACCOUNT.ai for the front desk: same QR code, pulled straight out of the original file (it still scans to the club's WrestlingIQ register page).

The original QR at 3.5″ on a white card, a three-step "how it works" taken from the real WrestlingIQ flow (pick an option, then info, wrestlers, documents, pay), a sign-in line for existing members, and the five options the page offers.

Both sheets in one file: CMP_Wrestling_Fliers_BOTH_PRINT.pdf — two pages, US Letter, no margins. Print it double-sided and it is one handout.

What changed from the old flier

Times now match the website. Youth is Monday & Thursday 5:30 – 6:30 PM (the old sheet said Monday – Wednesday plus Sunday). Middle/high is Mon · Wed · Thu 6:30 – 8:00 PM and Sunday 4:00 – 6:00 PM (the old sheet said 6:30 – 8:30 with lift sessions).
The November 1 change is on the sheet. Middle/high weeknight practice moves to 7:00 – 8:30 PM, in its own gold band under the schedule.
The toll-free number is in the footer at 52 px — 1-866-267-5955 — next to cmptrained.com and a QR code that scans to the sign-up section.
Address spelling fixed: 912 Dailey Mill Road (and "discipline" is spelled correctly on the youth sheet now).
One design system across both sheets — same hero band, fact bar, schedule rows and footer, so the pair reads as one club.

Two things to confirm

Lift sessions. The old middle/high sheet listed lifts (Mon/Wed/Thu 5:00 – 6:00 PM, Sunday 2:30 – 3:30 PM). They are not on the website calendar, so they are not on this sheet. Say the word and they go back on.
Sunday after November 1. The sheet says Sunday stays 4:00 – 6:00 PM. If Sunday moves too, that line changes.
