Review links for design work. Each entry has its own page with downloads.

freebirdpromo.com in GA4 (Oct 14–25) and Search Console (Oct 15–24). No year-over-year: tracking started Oct 14. 97,165 sessions, about 98% email link scanners from server farms (new 1920×1080 fingerprint; the bot block isn't live). Roughly 1,200–1,900 real people, 7 leads, $158 in online sales. 59 blog posts already showing in Google, several on page 1 with no clicks yet, 198 duplicate product URLs, and a plan for this week, the next 30 days and the first real comparison at the end of November.

Photo-shoot-day candids from the athlete library: 8 scenes, two teammates from one 2026 style in mixed pieces of the same kit (Mercer, Cleveland x2, West Linn, Chelsea, Panthers, Canes, West Rowan), mid-moment: point at the lens, nose-to-nose yell, piggyback, walk-in, back to back, noogie, between shots. Sets built from your links: FD Photo Hill 2 tube walls, blinders, beams and laser box; the LED-canopy hall; the neon box tunnel and corridors. Each card sits beside its style mockups; real Compound marks in the mockup colour, left off where the rule says so (noted per card).

GA4 traffic by channel, Jan 1–Oct 21 both years: engaged sessions +83%, organic search +60%, HubSpot form submissions +88%. Paid Social and October email are inflated by junk clicks and link scanners. Search Console keywords, rankings and pages for 2026, the money keywords sitting on page 1–2, what the Oct 8 launch cost (5 top blog posts now 404, singlet pages out of Google Shopping), and a prioritized plan to grow reach and SEO.

Closed-won revenue and deal count by month from HubSpot, 2025 next to 2026, with August–December called out. Aug 1–Oct 22 is up 10.8% in revenue and 18.0% in deals on the same days last year. The pace section projects Oct, Nov, Dec and the full year against 2025: deals are on track to beat every month; October revenue is behind pace and Nov, Dec and the full year are toss-ups that hinge on whether the Aug–Sep pace returns.

The full library: 7 men, 7 women, 7 youth boys and 6 youth girls, each in every Compound kit on the same person, across 18 team styles. Each card sits next to the ST style mockup it was checked against. Warm-ups wear Nike Air Max 1 in team colours; wrestling kits wear Nike wrestling shoes. Real crown-C and Block C. Approve or flag each.

Four athletes (man, woman, youth boy, youth girl), each in every Compound kit on the same person: singlet, compression top with fight shorts or compression shorts, Momentum Hoodie with fight shorts or jogger, Momentum Jacket with jogger. Real crown-C and Block C. 21 images; approve or flag each.

8 production vector layouts (full-button blank) + 52 research-based concepts. Approve, Revisions (note + Submit) or Decline on each; saved to the shared review board.

Six new layouts for the mockup sheets we send clients, all on the same real ST12 West Linn Lions renders: spec sheet, dark stage, tech pack with callouts and construction photos, full kit (singlet + fight shorts), three-view with a side slot, and team-color takeover. Each adds order/version, colorway with roles, placements and a sign-off block. Approvals and notes save to the shared review.

11 cleaned-up website shots: front, angle, both sides, back (+ black crown-side angle). Full packed shape, white background, only the front-pocket logo and side crown-C. Approve or flag fixes per shot; full-res in Drive.

All 14 bundle reel stills with the Compound mark re-placed by a pose-aware pipeline from the real product spec: 9/28 vs v2 side by side, the placement report and a zoom sheet for each still. Three stills show no mark because the spec spot faces away from camera. Approvals and notes save to the shared review.

Simple tag marks for the Pro Series line (singlets, fight shorts) and the Momentum line (warm-ups, jacket, joggers, hoodie), built the way CMP FIELD was: the crown-C family stays and the shape carries the line. Four directions with both lines in each: A the tag lockup, B shape shift (jock tag / leaning tile), C crown letter (crown-p / crown-m), D stencil initial. Real crown-C vector and Eurostile Bold, colour states, small-size ladder, in-context corner placement, and SVG/PDF/PNG downloads. Approvals and notes save to the shared review.

Round two of the dealer deck, rebuilt around the introductory call with Brad Coble (VP Ops) and Zac Lassiter (VP Sales). New: a What We Heard page, wrestling-first phased rollout (core wrestling → program gear → full line), a written account-protection page (registered accounts, no undercutting, overlaps case by case, in-territory leads routed to their reps), the 25-day sublimated turn and 6-piece minimum with filler orders, the Midwest order path through CSR/central purchasing and Chipply stores, and the call's real action items. Name corrected to MIDWEST per the call. 16 slides.

Every round of the Oklahoma State Wrestling store line with the Approve / Revision / notes review system: R1-R4 illustrated and revision rounds, R5 traditional team-issue (rebuilt on the official chevron pattern, arched OKLA STATE, Cowboys and Pokes marks; no OSU block letters), R6 modern and new-school. Approved and Revisions tabs, zip downloads, Copy notes. Images are public on Drive so the page can go to the client.

Follow-up to the Momentum Hoodie launch: Momentum Hoodie + Jogger, $130 per set, on the '25 Bundles template. Three layouts (lifestyle-led, the guy/girl pair, product-led), each with a free teamwear stores section. New warm-up photography in a Westland Lions colorway — no Wolves art.

Responsive HTML version of the Midway dealer deck: same brand, copy, photography and all 36 dealer prices (filterable by category), tap-to-call contacts and a PDF download. Works on phone, tablet and desktop.

13-slide 16:9 proposal to make Compound the priority custom teamwear provider for Midway Sporting Goods / Alli Sports Group. Company DNA, mission and vision, how we disrupted the market (style, premium product, service), in-house designers and product specialists, in-house decoration plus our 10+ year overseas sublimation partner, canonical turn times, the product line on model, what Midway reps get, the 4-step process, and all 36 dealer prices with per-unit margin. Co-branded with the Midway mark. PDF download.

First skinned pass of retail.cmpsportswear.com on the Pipeline theme, built on the confirmed nav: New, Best Sellers, Men, Women, Wrstlg Dept, Youth, Collabs, Deals, with Team & School Orders in the footer. Uses 55 real products and 114 real photos pulled from the live Shopify catalog, working mega-menus, a mobile drill-down menu, search, filters, quick-add, and a cart with a free-shipping meter. College gets its own hub and a page per school (Virginia Tech, Northern Iowa, Nebraska, Purdue). Every missing asset is a numbered, hatched slot with its shot brief printed inside (18 total). Open the 'Assets needed' button in the top bar for the full shot list, copyable. Underlined values are facts to confirm.

Pipeline theme is purchased. This pulls UNRL's actual live navigation, mega-menu columns, collection filter facets, and full product-page anatomy straight off unrl.com (same theme, confirmed twice) and maps it onto Compound's real departments — Men/Women general retail, Wrstlg Dept as its own peer department, a Programs/Collabs hub for PNL + college licensing + Elite 8, and Team & School Orders moved to the footer the way UNRL runs Group Orders/Wholesale. Flags which PDP features are native to Pipeline versus which need an app decision (reviews platform, size finder, shipping countdown). Light by default with a dark toggle, per the current report-theme standard. Companion to the audit, reference board, and homepage/PLP/PDP concept pages.

Cliff's notes on R9 applied: P04 as a one-ink purple print with the Cedar Falls pennant knocked out to the grey, P05 with the P04-style Panther Wrestling pennant under the UNI block, R03 and its alternate and R06 with the pennants removed, and three takes on R07 with U-N-I Fight much bigger.

V08 redone with the headgear much smaller and no type over it, plus circle stamps that drop U-N-I FIGHT for Northern Iowa over Wrestling or Panther Wrestling, all on the simplified headgear illustration. Natural, purple and black bases.

The fat U-N-I FIGHT stack, the FIGHT circle with a headgear instead of the fist (two headgears), the chenille UNI FIGHT redrawn as flat printable art incl. a camo version, the L14 text stack with the roundel dropped and the cat shrunk, and the vintage headgear with Northern Iowa arched over and Wrestling under.

Built from the college-inspo families not used yet: venue (Welcome to West Gym, Mackey, Reynolds), championship (1950 National Champs, Elite Eight, 3-Pete), Uscape poster / sunburst / stars / circle, helmet-to-headgear, varsity letter and the '90s stadium tee. One best-seller as the style reference on each.

A whole page on the chant, built on last year's finals as style references: the thick 2025 script, the warped block, the italic slab, the tonal UNI, the Panther Train script, plus a ledger stack, turned type, a megaphone, a fist ring, a keylined FIGHT arch, repeat type, brush lettering, chenille, outline and camo. Hyphenated and unhyphenated both.

One page for the whole UNI job: a tab per round, every design numbered R

Cliff liked the pennant but not alone and not with the vintage cat, so it gets paired: with the big Northern Iowa block, planted in the Iowa outline at Cedar Falls, flying from the Panther Train's cab, under the Gameday stack, under the UNI block, on the script tail, crossed as a badge, behind headgear in a ring. Block-letter range added: full-width WRESTLING, the justified three-line, the '90s fade bar, PANTHER / WRESTLING. Plus Ever Loyal, a travel-poster Panther Train crossing the prairie, a tonal blackout, U-N-I Fight, and two camo. No TC this round.

The round-7 method applied to the whole line: fifteen best-sellers from the collegiate library as style references, the cat head and TC mascot as image references, two variants per concept. Headgear under the arch, TC in his stance under University Of, TC in headgear for Panther Wrestling, two-wrestler line art, tonal grit TC with WRESTLING knocked out, a Uscape mat-and-crowd circle, TC hoisting the trophy, TC the conductor, a locomotive packed with fans, College Vault distress, ring seal, one-ink distressed arch, and three camo including the engineer. Every alternate kept on the page.

The lever that finally moved quality: feed Magnific the library's best-selling tees as style references (Homefield Welcome to the Dome, Go Big Red, U-N-I Fight!, Charlie Hustle Iowa State) alongside the TC mascot as the character reference, two variants per concept, best picked. TC as the Panther Train engineer, TC the wrestler beside a Panther Train! script, TC in his stance under a Northern Iowa arch, TC mid-throw bursting out of the Iowa outline, All Aboard the Panther Train with TC on the boiler. Illustrated pieces with a point of view instead of the Champion floor.

The full map of transitions and reveals for Unreel Studio beyond glitch-and-scan: Smooth & Wispy, Light & Film, Hard & Chaotic, Mask Reveals, a new Athlete Cut-out bucket (Apple's on-Mac subject cut-out, proved on our photos), X-Ray & Vision, Print & Material, Geometric, Camera Moves, Glitch & Signal, Type-driven and Wrestling-native. Every move is tagged cut or reveal with energy and build cost; 14 recommended first. Vote on each, then Copy my picks.

Cliff's MOMENTUM_HOODIE_NURTURE_ACTION layout: logo/NEW, MOMENTUM FLEECE HOODIE headline, hero GIF cycling his three color-pop action photos twice, START MY DESIGN, black KEEP THE MOMENTUM GOING. online-store band with four numbered points, OPEN MY TEAM STORE + demo link, footer. Verified at 375px. Awaiting approval before Mailchimp.

Cliff's MOMENTUM_HOODIE_ANATOMY_EMAIL_CLICK layout coded: dark studio hero with front + back Mount Hazen, THE ANATOMY OF THE HOODIE / ENGINEERED FOR STYLE AND SCRAPS, blinking ORDER NOW over the photo, EVERY FEATURE, UP CLOSE 2x2 grid in live text, ORDER NOW, house footer. Verified at 375px. Awaiting approval before a new Mailchimp campaign.

Paste any Chipply store link (preview or public). It pulls the store name, logo, team colors, close date, delivery date and products, then builds a QR flyer PDF, a 4:5 post, a story, a 1200×630 banner, and filled-in caption / text / email copy. Three messages: store open, reminder, last call with a countdown. Everything stays editable; Download everything packs a zip.

The UNI job is a wrestling store, so every piece now reads Northern Iowa Wrestling, UNI Wrestling, Panther Wrestling or Panther Train with a locomotive. Rendered through Magnific with the official marks as references: Champion arch crews, the Gameday Couture stack, UNC blocks, three Panther Train pieces (badge, script tail, charging locomotive), Panther script tail, ring seal, U-N-I Fight! with TC, Cedar Falls place tee, bridged WRESTLING, a wrestlers illustration, College Vault distress, ringer box, laurel seal, chenille, and three camo. Spell-checked, no Vintage Collection art, no gold on black.

The hand-built rounds are retired. These twenty are rendered through Magnific (Nano Banana Pro, GPT Image 2) with the official cat head, UNI lockup and TC mascot supplied as reference images and each prompt naming a construction from the collegiate library: Champion arch crew, the Gameday Couture Northern Iowa stack, Homefield UNC block, Athletic Dept., '47 script tails, Kent State ring, Go Big Red chant, Cedar Falls place tee, Homage one-ink arch, College Vault distress, ringer box, laurel seal, chenille varsity, and three camo. Flat garment-colour grounds, spell-checked, no Vintage Collection art, no gold on black.

Free-to-send best-practices guide for clients running a Compound pop-up teamwear store. Page 1: the store window start to finish (before open, opening day, midpoint, final 72 hours, after close), backed by real order timing from 83 Compound store windows — 1 in 3 orders land in the final 3 days, 35% arrive 6–10 PM, Sunday is the top day. Page 2: nine plays and three copy-and-send messages (open, midpoint, last call).

Eight ways to move a photograph, now in two cuts. Set B puts a half-second of tape damage between every photo — the frame tears into slices and channel splits, the cut lands on a teal blowout, the next athlete assembles out of the debris — and is cut from the new Plambeck editorial portraits (Carlo Contino on headphones, Wyatt Womack, JT Smith, the Garza back piece, Leo Murrillio under the BUILT. DIFFERENT. banner). Set A is round 1 on the Janicky mat frames with hard cuts. PRESS CHECK is fixed in both: the whole CMYK print now happens in the first two-thirds so the finished photograph holds clean for over a second. The eight mechanisms: GLITCH BLOOM (the brief), SCAN SWEEP, PRESS CHECK, RESOLVE, TILE SHUTTER, TYPE WINDOW, SEAM, DUOTONE PULSE. Official lockup and CMPSPORTSWEAR.COM on every frame. Silent by design; length, photo set and transition are all parameters.

Seven carousels off the Janicky E8 photo set: BUILT. DIFFERENT. (intense faces, Compound banner and crown-C in frame), SIDELINE SWAG. (benches), ATTACK MODE, ON. (leg attacks), EARNED. NOT GIVEN. (hand raises across six teams), NO ESCAPIN' THIS! (scrambles), THE CORNER. (coaches in Compound-made team gear), DETAILS. DETAILS. DETAILS. (sublimation close-ups). Line on slide 1 only, official lockup on every slide, full photo height kept. One 9:16 UGC card per set as the still for the video phase.

The Home & Away ad set for paid runs: Rattlers, CWC Beach, Huskies and Thunderbird, each in 1080×1350, 1080×1920 (Meta 2026 safe zones, overlay check files), 1080×1080 and 1200×628. Sizes re-laid out on Nano Banana Pro from the approved 4:5 units and audited for garments, crown-C, spelling and head room.

Cliff's MOMENTUM_HOODIE_MAIN layout rebuilt in the house shell used for Home & Away and '25 Bundles: white ground, logo with a NEW FOR '26 chip, sliced Eurostile MOMENTUM FLEECE HOODIE over a teal kicker, his three athlete cut-outs on a light studio sweep, a bold Eurostile MOCK UP MY DESIGN button with blinking chevrons, the dark anatomy band with the sponsor-hoodie boy and six rebuilt callouts, YOUR TEAM. / HOOD LINER TO HEM., the ledger with sizes and cuts, FREE CUSTOM QUOTE closing button, house footer. Round 2 applies his notes. 12 KB, live text, verified at 375px.

A redesign of the club's two-sheet recruiting flier. Times pulled from the live training calendar behind cmptrained.com rather than retyped: youth is Monday & Thursday 5:30–6:30 PM, middle/high is Mon · Wed · Thu 6:30–8:00 PM plus Sunday 4:00–6:00 PM — with the November 1 move to 7:00–8:30 PM called out in its own gold band. The toll-free number sits in the footer at 52 px beside a QR code to the sign-up section. One design system across both sheets: full-bleed hero, black fact bar carrying price and frequency, oversized schedule rows, dark rail of what to expect. Print PDF, both-sheets PDF and JPGs.

A scan of 9,047 live licensed collegiate products across Homefield, Charlie Hustle, Homage, '47 Brand, Uscape, Original Retro Brand, Hype and Vice, Rally House and Fanatics, cut to the 868 pieces worth working from and sorted into seventeen design families — vault mascots, arch, chenille and varsity outerwear, crests, script, rally cry and programme lore, championship ledgers, player and legend, place and venue, outdoors heritage, '90s and collab, silhouette and fabric, camo bases, military and salute, headwear, women's and gameday fashion, plus what wrestling actually sells today. Filterable by brand and by school; 619 references are Nebraska, Oklahoma State, Iowa State, Northern Iowa, Purdue, NC State, North Carolina and Virginia Tech specifically.

The $100 two-singlet bundle send. The offer leads: THE DEAL OF THE SEASON / 2 SINGLETS. / $100 A SET. knocked out over a 2026 Elite 8 Duals duotone hero under the vertical HOME & AWAY tile, then a black hook band with the button, the generated pair with copy, spec strip, close. Version B adds three bundle call-outs and a free online store band for non-openers. Six mockups rebuilt to the SINGLET folder. Two behaviour-triggered nurtures: OPEN (Two singlets. $100 a set. — Cliff's layout, the CWC set in a hairline card) and CLICK (Your home set. Your away set. — the Belleview set, store band, no lone quote button). One journey, 2-day wait, branched on click.

Eight front prints promoting Wyatt’s Senior World Championships run (Astana, Kazakhstan, Oct 24 – Nov 1, 2026, 125 kg, Team USA), each built from the existing winged W, stencil, script, arch, aviator and signature elements. Photo mockups, flats on four garment colors, print-ready PNG and SVG.

Built directly from the Pinterest typography board and the Feature Essentials and Rhude pages, shown on the garment: spine type, turned stacks, number grid, agency credit system, sticker sheet, tape and paper-cut letters, athletics arch, tonal contour, chest crests. Plus the WRSTLG / DEPT warped stack, the Unknown Phenom rope lockup remade at 8K on transparency, and twelve Dept. patch shapes.

The corrected round: type-led and restrained. Serif stacks, wide-tracked tonal wordmarks, signature scripts, badges, a world-tour list, the Prept treatment recolored, and five drawn pieces (headgear badge, laurel crest, marker signature, mascot, arch plus script). Fifteen are live type in the WRSTLG Dept fonts.

Streetwear round across four garment colors: graffiti throw-up, wildstyle, handstyle tags, distressed collegiate, stencil, chrome bootleg, sign-painter script, halftone photo, varsity ribbon, plus eight clean and minimal treatments typed live in the WRSTLG Dept fonts. Copy: WRSTLG DEPT, Wrstlg Dept, Hustle Sold Separately, Since Ever Since.

The Prept. Dept. tee reference upscaled 4x (2560x3584), and the same treatment rebuilt with WRSTLG in the green Cooper-style face over Dept. in the black Didone: two-color SVG plus ~5,700px transparent PNGs, one plain lockup and one with a placeholder tagline.

Replacement for the Illustrator camp flyer. One 8.5x11 page each, full-bleed camp photography at a true 300 dpi, city/dates/price in one fact bar under the headline, and a scan-verified QR to that camp's registration form. Austin TX, North Hunterdon NJ and the Journeymen camp all build from one data file. Directions 02 Brief and 03 Split kept on the page for reference. Flags that every flyer PDF linked from cmptrained.com/camps now 404s. Added 2026-09-18: Austin Scramble Camp cut down to a Story (1080x1920, safe-zone toggle for IG/FB, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) and a Feed post (1080x1350) for social, in two photo options; WHEN/WHERE/COST sit on a solid dark card so they read over any photo, register bar is SPACE IS LIMITED (white on black chip) + CMPCAMPS.COM (black on gold). Also re-cut the Austin animated banner only (not North Hunterdon or Journeymen): opens wider on the leg-ride demo, holds it longer, crossfades to Cliff pointing at the group, and REGISTER NOW is now a big solid-gold button instead of a thin text line. All three Austin units (both Story photos plus the video's opening shot) were re-shot from Cliff's fresh AUSTIN.jpg / AUSTIN2.jpg, replacing the older library crops.

Installable fonts for Slab, Script, Fatface, Brush, Brush Distressed, Fatface Smooth, Script Smooth, plus the Unknown Phenom set: Condensed and Phenom Script, each clean and distressed. A-Z, a-z, 0-9 and basic punctuation on a proper baseline.

Round 2 off Cliff's notes. The arch lettering identified as Chunk Five (Alfa Slab One runner-up), both packaged with full upper/lowercase specimens and OFL licenses. Six pocket-print variations of the Dept. chain-stitch name patch (oval black/cream, navy ring, name tape, volt, round forest, flat cracked print). Eight UNKNOWN PHENOM concepts: slab arch, slab + script, chain stitch, fight poster, hooded halftone, redacted dossier, question mark, felt varsity. 2K PNGs on Drive under WRESTLING_DEPT/2026_CONCEPTS/R2.

First round of new WRSTLG DEPT. graphics on base-color canvases: property-of stamp, house-paint drips, serif arch with Dirty South script, gothic blackletter, 90s bootleg world tour, headgear-and-shoe wreath crest, workwear clock-in patch, volt puff bubble, varsity shield, Y2K racing, Swiss weigh-in, tiger camo. Influence map and a round-2 copy bank on the page. 2K PNGs on Drive under WRESTLING_DEPT/2026_CONCEPTS/R1.

The ELITE DUALS face from ELITE_8_FONTS.ai (outlined, not identified locally) extended to WRESTLING and ATL | GA by per-word generation against the sample, traced to single-fill SVG in black and white, plus a cap-height-normalized stacked lockup with the original vector. Also on Drive under ELITE_8_DUALS/2026_RETAIL_DESIGNS/ASSETS/E8_TYPE.

Round 2. Ten E8 marks in the Seventy Eight Motor Co style with the 7 swapped for an E (round seal, slanted 3D block, italic pinstripe, diamond lozenge, Victorian serif, racing-stripe monogram, slashed monogram, layered ribbon lockup, bolt seal, seventies box), two-tone sage and ink on cream, each traced to a two-color SVG plus a one-color version. Then four variants each of the Misery sheet's right-column top three (striped box, speed streak, oval crest): E8 letters and the monogram, two cuts each, rebuilt in round two to the reference construction. Also on Drive under ELITE_8_DUALS/2026_RETAIL_DESIGNS/ASSETS/E8_CONCEPTS_ROUND2.

Twenty high-end streetwear lockups built on the E8 monogram, art-directed from the flaming-S sheet and the Misery flag/badge sheet: flaming monogram, flame badge, eight-stripe flag, laurel crest, orbit rings, winged 8, retro globe, shield, panther, star, orbit swoosh, Second Place slogan, Y2K ellipse, checker swoosh, varsity block, woven label, flaming 8, blackletter, stencil stamp, speed lines. Every concept traced to single-color SVG in black and white plus 2K PNGs on white, on black, and transparent. Also on Drive under ELITE_8_DUALS/2026_RETAIL_DESIGNS/ASSETS/E8_STREETWEAR_CONCEPTS.

The Elite 8 Duals globe mark redrawn in the World Piece hand-lettered style: wobbly monoline globe grid, arched chunky caps, flanking lightning bolts, E8 monogram intact. Three directions (01 recommended), each traced to single-color SVG in black and white plus 2K PNGs on white, on black, and transparent. Also on Drive under ELITE_8_DUALS/2026_RETAIL_DESIGNS/ASSETS/E8_HANDDRAWN_LOGO.

Four 1080×1350 feed units (studio hero, spec sheet, order-sheet widget, black-or-white split) and four 1080×1920 Reels (spec reveal, colorway flip, mat-room headlock, one-order checklist) built from the approved coach-email system. Reels run motion graphics over Kling 3.0 clips of the recreated Elite 8 frames, with the ST22 rock bed under them for review. Everything re-renders from HTML.

Three complete emails for the Momentum Fleece Hoodie, each covering all six features (raised funnel collar, dual drawcord toggles, team-color hood liner, kangaroo pocket with tonal rib band, tapered laser-cut cuffs, athletic fit) plus sublimation, sizes and the three cuts, on three different structures. 1 The Anatomy: dark, the approved hood-up hero, a six-callout anatomy board on the Berrien girl, two full-bleed macro pairs shot on the real garment. 2 Your Colors: light, three programs in one hero (Virginia Tech, NC State, Berrien), a 2×3 feature grid, the three cuts side by side. 3 Zoom In: dark, the collar macro as hero, the six features as a numbered live-text ledger with macros, fit band, cuts on black. All three carry the round-4 rules. Hand-coded table HTML, 1,050 to 1,570 characters of live text, 13 to 18 KB.

Three Elite 8 photos rebuilt with new athletes in ProShield: the front headlock (3 takes, Take 3 hand fixed per Cliff), the Steller Trained scoreboard scramble (3 takes), and the Minion Legends bloody-nose walk-off (3 takes). Real crown-C tiles composited on every camera-side ear cup. Added on Cliff's note: the scramble and walk-off picks re-dressed in the teams' real singlets (Steller Trained, Minion Legends), chest crown-C composited. Set 4: two 2025 frames retrofitted with ProShield on the real athletes (back view in white with white chin cup; Steller Trained in black with white straps and chin cup).

Round 4, built on Option C, the direction Cliff picked. Hero: the hood close-up in full studio light with the subject on the right, MOMENTUM small over FLEECE HOODIE big across the top, and the game-day / weigh-in line under it; the purpose line is gone. Header reads NEW in a teal square, then To The Momentum Line. A Get My Free Mockup button sits directly under the hero. Intro is one line: premium casual wear, durable enough for combat, then collar, fleece, tapered laser-cut cuffs, customized to your team's style. Zoom In board: figure pushed to the top, header moved right above the callouts, collar dot on the collar, tapered laser-cut cuffs with clearance. Fit band and macro panel removed. Design copy cut to one line: colors stay as sharp and as vibrant as the day it shipped. Pro Series Fight Shorts added to wears-with. Options A and B kept on the page for reference. Whole email is on black, 2,457px, 12 KB, 5 images.

Latest round revises the Age Split layout: headline "Fits your lightweights. Fits your heavyweights.", two new athletes (heavyweight senior in black ProShield, youth wrestler in white), labels reduced to ProShield Black / ProShield White, and corrected specs — four-point venting, five adjustable straps, and a durable chin strap snap replacing the crown-C callout. The coded Mailchimp draft and every earlier design round stay on the page.

Corrected: this is a RETAIL site, not teamwear. Three full-page concepts built on the chosen theme foundation (Pipeline), using real retail product photography pulled straight from the live Shopify catalog (graphic tees, embroidered fleece, fight shorts, PNL licensed apparel — no team-sublimated uniforms). The homepage carries the real department structure: general athleticwear as the primary identity, a training/semi-intense callout for fight shorts and singlets, a gameday callout for PNL/licensed apparel, and an off-the-mat streetwear callout for Wrestling Dept. Three lifestyle photos generated on-brand (2K, Nano Banana Pro) to fill gaps where no real lifestyle photography existed — hero, gameday, and streetwear scenes, none with text or logos so nothing is misrepresented as an official Compound graphic.

Live traffic, sales, and full catalog audit pulled straight from the retail.cmpsportswear.com Shopify Admin today — ~90 sessions/day, an estimated 0.39% conversion rate, $1,239 in sales over 90 days, and every one of the 312 products checked field by field (100% missing SEO, 79% untagged, 4 different vendor spellings, 13 oversold, 40 stray sample products, 11 empty collections). Turns the numbers into the case for a rebuild, a three-line catalog architecture, the in-house print-on-demand production workflow, and the Meta/TikTok pixel + Chipply-to-Mailchimp marketing plan. Companion to the Retail Site References board — that one is the design direction, this one is the data.

The running report on every order through a Compound online store, straight from Chipply. Pick a year or Compare for like-for-like; filter to teamwear, fanwear or mixed and every chart and table re-reads off it. Quarterly and monthly breakdowns, revenue concentration, category price-vs-margin, price bands, colour and audience — plus a report for all 398 store-years and a PII-free line-item CSV. Lives at cmpsw-store-reports.netlify.app and in the Process Library under Admin; this card links straight to it rather than keeping a second copy that can drift.

Two rounds of live ecommerce benchmarks for the retail.cmpsportswear.com redesign, plus the first built pattern: MAAP's Icons split-grid rebuilt with 16 real school-branded Compound products on the studio's own ground. Round 1 is the original twenty with Cliff's notes pinned to the five he marked up (and the SATISFY collection + UNRL product pages he pointed at). Round 2 adds eighteen from our industry: licensed/collegiate graphic apparel, combat sports, graphic-forward DTC, and the team-store/custom players. Closes with the Shopify catalog-rebuild spec — taxonomy, options and SKUs, metafields vs tags, POS inventory, and the redirect map.

Three-page sales sheet for spirit-wear / pop-up-shop prospects and licensed college programs. Explains the three store formats (bulk fulfillment, sort & ship, year-round print on demand) with standard fulfillment windows, then backs it with observed sell-through from the OSU, Nebraska, and Northern Iowa fan-store work orders — best sellers ranked by category, women's vs youth vs unisex, price-point behavior, and a recommended 18–24 SKU starting assortment. No volume or revenue totals: three stores is a directional read, not a track record. Compound-branded with a co-brand slot for the school.

The national-team RFP deck prepared for Alabama USA Wrestling. Three Fargo singlets on the design page (AZ '25, VT '25, AZ '26) with Voted Best Singlet callouts, sample player and coaches kits with pricing pulled, fundraising-potential payback on stores, HokieBird swapped in for the clipped VT mark, TJ Silva added as the Connecticut reference, and the partnership-investment page removed. 13 pages, print-ready PDF.

Exact-match round: the reference photo surgically edited to carry the S32 design — identical layout, chamfered outline letterforms, slice, and placements, with the Super 32 copy swapped in (ROAD TO GREENSBORO / BATTLE FOR THE BELT / BUILT. DIFFERENT.). Serves as the 1:1 layout spec for vector production art. Flat black/white mockups and all prior rounds below.

Mailchimp-ready HTML from the PSD. The two Eurostile headlines are the PSD's own artwork because display type can't survive live in Gmail; the other 668 characters — subheads, the three steps, both buttons, the footer — are live text. 1872px exact. One typo flagged inside the GIF.

Both masters (1080x1080 + 1080x1920) extended into the full paid placement set — 9 sizes. The 7 derived sizes ship as layered PSDs (live editable type, swappable photo, every overlay on its own layer) plus PNG + JPG.

Four more layouts built on the 26_PICK_YOUR_VIBE.psd design language, plus four secondary sections (1080x540) that stack under any of them to make a full email. All 1080x1080, re-renderable from HTML.

6 banner concepts at 1080x1080 for the '26 style guide. '40+ Styles. Zero Boring.' is now shipped in all 9 placement sizes (PNG + layered PSD) from Cliff's cleaned-up master.

6 UGC-style ad concepts (TikTok/IG phone mockups w/ hooks, captions, beat sheets) + 3-send email campaign for the '26 Wrestling Style Guide release.

8.5x11 flyer, $6.00 class tees at 500+. Print PDF, 300 DPI PNG, email JPG.
